Meet our Founder

I'm a style obsessed, husband challenged, mother of 3 precious girls.

My husband travelled a lot! When putting our children to bed a common theme would always crops up. “I miss Dada.” We always opened the drapes and l said “He's looking at the same stars.” Without fail, it settled them and inspired beautiful bedtime stories. It dawned on me that there is a primal and eternal power in looking at the stars. It's with us when we are born. They are there for every moment.

I wanted to capture that. So I created The Night Sky.

The business has grown a lot since then and I think we have done a good job of sticking to three principles: Quality, Care and Conscience. It's what drives our products and our amazing team.

An Obsession with Quality

We understand how much meaning each Night Sky has been given in it's creation. You have considered an important moment and this moment is totally unique to you. It can be filled with joy or grief, pride or laughter; but we recognise that a simple star map has been filled with emotion and means the world to you.

We treat this moment with respect and know that it will hang proudly on a wall or be worn close to your heart. We used the finest quality materials to create this moment.
